Quitclaim Deed

A quitclaim deed allows you to transfer or relinquish ownership of a property, by changing or removing any names on the deed. Displayed fee includes the price of an attorney to prepare the new deed and county recording charges for a standard deed (additional county charges may apply for lengthier deeds).
